We have a bunch of gas stations close to work and they price war each other. I went through 4 or 5 tanks of no name brand before I realized I was filling up more than normal. I checked my mileage and sure enough instead of my normal 25 mpg to work I was getting 22 mpg. My wifes Chrysler Sebring was worse going from 25 mpg to 21 mpg.

question, if you guys set your trip. From full tank of gas. what what would it read, when it time to refill?

 

LOL.......... I don't know about anyone else, but I have not filled up my tank for quite some time. But I can tell you that I have manually calculated my mileage and it's pretty close to the puters average MPG's. Your getting somewhere around 20.8 MPG if you say you got 312 miles on a full tank... Your estimated miles till empty may be a little off and I would not go by that to judge your fuel efficiency. Manually calculated it for the next few fill ups...
