all i can say is WOW! all that money could have gone to something better done to the Monte. theres a few Caprices where i live that are done in similar ways, and its just sad to see =[

That's hideous.
I don't think this is the type of attention he would have originally wanted from spectators.

- i just did a search for "big rims" on google ... and the first sponsored link was for Payday Loans ...
