RE: I have over_____miles on my Monte Carlo : )
Lets see
95 Monte Carlo has 116,000 on her
Engine and trans never changed. Had not had to many problems with it.
EGR is acting up every now and then
06 LTZ Monte
is now over 13 months old, it has 9000 miles on her
Only problem I have had with it has been the remotes, which were taken care of by the dealer

RE: I have over_____miles on my Monte Carlo : )
Come on guys. Don't make me answer this...... AGAIN!!!
Who has the highest mile Monte Carlo
It's RJ'S '86 LS Monte. There ya satisfied? He turned 208, 130 just before we got back from Cinci this afternoon.. Yes my car has over 200,000 miles on it. And the body could use some help in the rust department.
You guys aren't going to believe this but a guy showed at the Nats on saturday with an '86 LS, a twin to my '86. This car has 3,300 miles on it with the original paint, engine, interior, trans, even the brakes are original. The seller said he bought the car from a guy in PA, who bought 4 '86 Monte new. He & his wife both drove a car, then they kept 2 Montes in storage.
My '06 LTZ has 12,3xx miles on it.
So far the only real issue I've had with the car is the battery going dead 3 - 4 times.

I'm at 27,xxx myself. Got it at 22? if I remember right, lmao. Not too terrible, considering I got it in Feburary, so 1k per month, that's about average for most ppl on the road.
Problems?: Rail dust in paint. Taken care of by dealer. Bad prior repair in paint was peeling, fixed by dealer only to have them do a poor blend job, and 7 or 8 fisheyes.... this is soon to be uhhh... "discussed"
Keyless entry Remote problem was taken care of, unfortunately they completely did not fix the issue I'm having with the tire system... This will be uhhh. "discussed" when I decide to take it in for the paint thing. I just don't want to be w/o my car for a week anytime in the near future... so I've been putting it off.
Aside from those "semi-major" issues, there's been nothing worse, allthough I think these are very well enough, thank you...

You so sure??
My Monte is just 50 miles short of 225,000 miles! It still runs like a 75-100k mile car though. The lady who had it before had to travel 45 miles to and from college every weekday, so most of the miles are highway. The only problem I've had with it was the alternator going out. Nothing bad. I'm amazed by Monte's reliability, which is why I wanna buy another one when i'm 18 or so.

I have 31k on mine in one year. Sorry, I love driving it.
The worst problem was an Acceleration Pedal Posistion assembly replacement.
