i wash mine once a week when the weather is good...and i wax it every month

What about polish? Anyone know how many times polishing can be done? I think polishing removes swirl marks and my car has a crap load of swirl marks. It shows too much.

Using a polish can be good on the paint.

I've got some good results using a polish. This is on a clean surface. And you should wax afterwards to keep the shiney appearence.
