Nuetral drop it for more power in 1st.

enzo that will gernade the trans haha but to get a better throttle response will have to do minor and mild engine builds. minor is down pype headers and wizzard for your 3800. after that rockers cam different throtle body and supercharger if you dont have one if you do. a size smaller pully and a after cooler for your monte as well. it will help the air coming in from out side. there is a build list for the 3800 on how to build a 3800

Does anyone know how hard it is to change gears? Neutral drop is much easier and faster.

cus after you neutral drop your transmission is non existent. So no need to change gears.
