High Mileage Club

High Mileage Club
Looking for other 6.5 or 7th gens who would rather drive their cars than park them in their garage.
I just hit 123k on the LTZ and I think the car will do another 300k no problemo.
Edit: I meant high mileage club. Maybe one one of our super super awesome mods could fix the title for me.

psh i dont see the fun of looking at a beast collect dust in the garage when u can be inside it getting your moneys worth. i sure as hell refuse to park my car for show instead of showing how sick it looks and sounds when the supercharger kicks in and the whine gets louder (thanks to thrasher CAI). thats my take on owning my monte carlos

Oh I will be driving my 04 ss/sc even through the michigan winters. I bought it to drive not to look at. I think it will look cool in the snow. I can't wait to get pics. Probably have to wash it at least twice a week tho. I've had it about 4 months ago with 90,000 and have put about 1200 miles a month since. Lots more to come.

If I lived in an area without snow (or at least not the harsh winters we have in the snow belt of Ohio), I would happily drive my Monte year round. As it stands, it was bought to replace my daily driver, a '94 Grand Am that is still running great. As long as that Grand Am still runs and salt has not claimed the body, my Monte sits for the winter!!! I love the car too much to let our winters just destroy it!
Prior to my ownership, my Monte has seen winter in it's original home of Buffalo NY (that was from '04 - '08).
I will shed a tear the day I have to drive the Monte during the winter. But my first love will never see another winter ('84 Camaro I am slowly attempting to restore in my garage).
