the last time i looked for these they were a couple hundred dollars. but that was 6-7 years ago. is this just cheap crap that will stop working in a day or do they run this cheap nowadays

nah i think they are that cheap. i got mine for $65 and i love blinding the living daylight out of stupid south carolina drivers down here muhuahahahahaha

IDK, they say it should last 3000 hours. Ive heard stories going both ways on the ebay HID's. If I were you, and Im not telling you to do so, Im saying I would go ahead and try them, but then again, I dont mind loosing 40 bucks.
