Default Help! Stumble at 2500 rpm after zzp mods

I just put a smaller pully (3.6) 180 thermostat, spark plugs, 1.0 PCM and a cold air intake (all from zzperformance) and now when I get to 2500 rpms it falls flat on its face. But no codes are showing up. I haven't been able to put the downpipe on yet but I don't think that would cause the whole problem. Anyone else run into this issue?

the thermostat and cold air intake, should not effect the car like that. It would come down to the pulley or the 1.0 pcm, I would have to question if the pulley is making it not work correctly. I would email zzp and let them know your problem and see if it may be either pulley or pcm related. I've heard nothing but good things about their service so it is definitely worth a shot

You have any way to monitor knock? Thats probably not the issue, but a thought with a smaller pulley. My guess is there is something up with the tune on the pcm.

Glad you found it, I am sad to admit that I foolishly always assume spark plugs are in perfect condition when you buy them new, but they are prone to failure like everything else

Yeah I should of checked them before putting them in. I checked the gap but not for cracks. All good now. Very happy. Can definitely feel the difference.
