The local Chevy dealership that I go to has a GM accessory catalogue in their service waiting room. Which is also where the parts counter is. The catalogue only seemsto haveaccessories for the current model year.

This maybe the reason.

I bought a 2007 GM accessory catalog off ebay last month cause I figured it was the last year the Monte would be in it.

I looked at both the web sites ... NO Monte stuff. That's odd. Thare are still thousands of Monte's still rolling and many in great shape. You'd think they'd keep the Parts and Accessories links for Monte on the sites. Guess not.

Maybe they want us to go away. Maybe they want us to trade-in out Monte's for a new Maliboo (sic). Boo! I want to drive this Monte until they stop making tires for it. That's when I get bigger wheels and new tires; for sure!

I sent them a message asking why the Monte wasn't listed on the accessory web site?

Let's see what their answer is? If they bother to answer?

just change the year in the url to whatever yours is and it shows up
http://www.gmaccessorieszone.com/ind..._gmshopb2b_pi1[year]=2002&tx_gmshopb2b_pi1[division_name]=Chevrolet

you'll have to copy and paste that into your browser for it to show up as all the brackets screw up the html, but it worked fine for my 2002

It would be a guess on my part, but I'm thinking that they are probably not making any new accessories for the Monte. So when current supply runs out, we may be outta luck.

I don't know about accessories but they're suppose to carry a 10 year supply of parts. And GM is a good one for doing a 10 year + supply.

That's how I got '57 Chevy parts from the Chevy dealer in the 1970s.
