Funny
It was all pretty quick: Tromp, one-thousand one, one-thousand, total back off, done. Long enough the tiresspun, spun fast, squealed loud, and a small amount of smoke was created and halo the car. It wasn't like a funnycar burn out, but enough that it freaked out my daughter and to suprise me!
Yeah, when I was a kid, my first car was a 1965 VW with the floor rusted out, so every time you went through a water puddle, you got wet, and driving in the rain and a mess. I always wanted a cool car... So, I gave my 15-yr the spare keys to the Monte Carlo SS in front of all her friends and told her, it was her car too. The hard part will come when she gets her license and she askes to take the SS out for real on her own -- I'm going to have to grit my teeth and let her have it.
Well, here's an idea... they're all out for now.. but you might find them elsewhere...

Grit and bear it.... and have that trump card... :-D
Maybe I'm a bit paranoid... I hate letting the gm techs drive it even... one place that drove my last LS actually sideswiped a tool case... charged me 3 hours to put all the tools back in it... and gave me 300$ for the damage... needless to say I didn't pay labor.. and had it repaired at the dealership.. the dealership sent them the bill for the extra 500$
