yah the 05 will still have the same problem when you get there, easiest fix though, if your in low miles and haven't had any problems yet.....flush the dex cool and have green anti freeze put in, thats the safest thing to do, other than that, you will eventually need a MS98003T gasket set from felpro bout a 100 bucks for the part and a 4 hour job or so i think

If you car came with Dexcool you need to stay with it. Don't change to green. Also my 98 GTP had over 117K on it with Dexcool and I never had a problem with seals ever.

ok well i indeed have a 3.8 seriesIIso hopefully i shouldnt have any of those problems...

cain, lol, 3.8's dont have any problems with dexcool! lol, its the 3.4's and the 3.1's and there's a lot of people changing out red for green, there's a guy in town here that thats pretty much what he does all day, he gets 2 or 3 jobs a day doing that, i've seen brand new car's going there to get it done
