1995 Z34 MC.
Does anyone else have rust forming around the bottom of the gas cap opening?
I cleaned the area up only to find the bottom lip is rusted away. Looks like the gasket held water to causw this problem
Are there any patch panels available?

 

i dont have that year car but if you can tfind a patch you have a few choices for it.

Make a new one
Grind out the infected area and make sure you get rid of all of the cancer there then fill it in and grind it back down to make it look right again.

Or cut that section out of one in a bone yard that is in better shape then the one you have do any repairs on it then cut out yours and replace it with the new one. and paint
