Double timing sprocket
There's two 0 marks on both, you want them to point at each other when they come around. They are both keyed so they will only go on one way. Unless you got a dual rollmaster setup like mine.
Anyway the cam is a lot easier to turn without lifters and rockers pushing it down, so adjust it there until it lines up with the crank.

It doesn't have a mark it has number 6 4 2 0 2 4 6 on the inner lip an the same on the outer lip but they are different on the outer lip
The 6 4 2 0 2 4 6 on the sprockets is so that you can advance/retard the cam timing. Unless you are well versed on engine building and the engine was assembled from the start with the idea of running advanced/retarded cam timing it is something I suggest you do not attempt. Align the sprockets so that the '0' on each point to one another (like in the diagram Pacer provided) and you'll be all set.
