Don't just talk about it show a photo of the areas you are detailing!!
There is no help, only a really old age or death can prevent one from detailing once they have been bitten, or a 12 pack and a boat with a couple fishing poles over the side.

I typically wax the car perhaps 2 times a year. The first time it gets the normal 3 course treatment (clayed, polished & waxed) then just hand washed anytime it gets to much for a California duster to maintain.

Been working on detailing the underside lately...

Thanks much, yes I do drive this car, actually waaay to much. The miles are stacking up, think I'm at about 110,000 on the clock now... Bought it new in 02, been trying to stay on top of the maintenance when I can.

When I was in the army I used to do different competitions and "Driver of the Month" was one of them. Won company, battalion and then took Brigade Driver of the month. It was fun, a lot of time off from other duties to work on my assigned M151A2 jeep, make the captain and then the Colonel look good and your a hero with a couple of 3 day passes. yeah!! Party in Panama City, the real Panama City in Panama. Chiquita's, coca and Panama red...
