Decode your Monte's VIN

Decode your Monte's VIN
After seeing some topics pop up about our VIN's, I decided to try and gather as much information into a single topic. I'm sure that this isn't a perfect decoder (especially when it comes to 4th gen Montes), but I believe it to be an accurate list. If you have any suggestions or edits, please post them and I will change/add the information.
