3 Justin's in one thread this can't be good!!

Should look prety sweet, just take your time with the bends and whatnot that is forsure, aluminum is probably the least forgiving metal i have had the displeasure to work with

extending a harness isn't so bad but if you ever plan to do it i say deffinaitly get everything else figure out befor you start soldering wire , give too little and it won't be where you want it, too much and you end up like my budies silverado and it looks like garbage

Three Justin's can never be good haha!

I hope I can get the bends to turn out good. The few times I've worked with aluminum it's also not been forgiving.

I'm hoping to not have to extend the harness any. I test fit everything tonight and it looks like it should work with the current length. It looks like a crazy mess but it won't be seen once I'm done with the box.

Tonight I pulled the battery and got the fuse box moved around to where it will be located. Seems like it fit pretty well. I'm still unsure how I'll mount battery terminals on it. Might just have some coming out of the side so they're similar to the factory wires.

I also sanded the fender a little. Probably going to prep it tomorrow and paint on Friday.

Now the coolant overflow tank looks odd there lol. Maybe I'll have to look into a custom reservoir

Decided not to make a box, just gonna have it disguised as an OnStar box! JK

You should make it out of steel and polish it.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll go ahead and use steel then.

Summit Racing SUM-G1430 - Summit Racing® Remote Battery Jumper Terminals - Overview - SummitRacing.com

use these as your jumper terminals for your box under the hood,

or any other kind like it
Remote Battery Jumper Terminals - SummitRacing.com

alot for racers will have them out the rear bumper, quarter panel ect to charge up thier bat between runs

Summit Racing SUM-G1431 - Summit Racing® Bulkhead Cable Connectors - Overview - SummitRacing.com

or a firewall bulkhead,

you could remove the center bolt that come on the factory pos and negative bat cables and just bolt them to those and run your relocation wire to the back side

Thanks for all the links, they have a lot to choose from. The ones you pictured will probably be what I'll get.

This looks like a cool idea. Also there are a bunch of different types of aluminum overflow bottles on the net i think it would look cool if mounted where the fusebox was
