So far i have not had any issues, I do know that there are different wattage HID kits, The ZZP and the DDM kit I have in the fog's are both 35 Watt kits. I know for a fact that they make 55 Watt kits also which produce more heat. That could be what they have thus causing the housing to melt, I have felt the housing after having them on for awhile and it was warm not hot or anything like that.

My other friend who carries a different but still good brand that come's with a life time warranty is also 35 watts if i'm not wrong. Could be 40 watts but that doesn't sound right but I will ask him again. They guy with the DDM HID fog's is willing to go as low as 40 cuz he's had them for a while just sitting in the box n really need's cash being a college student and all.
I was going to go with those yellow bulbs for like twenty bucks n at the bottom of the box it tells you wat "K" of hid's they are suppose to look like.
For example the yellow's I was thinking about getting it says "resembles 6k HID" i was thinking about getting them since they don't cost much n they actually look very yellow on his car.
