That's what the thieves said. But they decided that my covers looked better on their car. I would seriously spend your money on some better mods first. Like performance mods or the LED interior lighting you want.

If or when you do the exhaust, be sure to find the muffler with the tone and loudness you like first. They're all different. Don't want to find out after you install your exhaust system that you don't like it. And before you spend any money on an exhaust kit, check with some local muffler shops. You may be able to get a good deal by having them custom bend some exhaust pipes for you in the size of your choice. Shop around.
