anybody know if the plastic piece that covers the cig.lighter hole can be put on monte center console from00-02 that had the lighter in it?are they removable?

 

yes they are removabel, you need to tak eth elighter out (they screw togeather in most cases)

once it is out you can slide it down and pull it off.

To put it on the other one just reverse it.

but it shoudl fit unless they are a completly diffrent size. withc i dont think they are if i remeber right the one i saw was the same as mine

 

Take out the lighter fixture, put the cover on, replace. About a 10 min job if you are lost.
