Default Basic Fog Lights Wiring Question.

FedEx coughed-up the box they said they delivered yesterday; today! I have my Fog Lights Plug-in's and am getting ready to wire the Fog Lights very soon. I need to know which side of the Connector is Hot and which is Ground.

As you look at the Fog Light Plug in which is inserted into the back of the Bulb Holder ... one side is Solid and the other side is Slotted.
With the two wires of the Connector on the Left ... and, the Slot facing you (not the solid side) ... which of the two wires is Hot? (+12V)

The Upper one, above the slot, with the wires going in on the left ... or the Lower one?

Or, ... as long as I do them both the same way ... does it really matter?

Anybody got a wiring diagram? Or, happen to know?

Thanks a lot,

as long as you go the same way I wouldn't think it shoudl matter. if you have a test light, groudn it out on some metal and touch each side, the side that lights up, thats the hot side.

Thats right, you got the aftermarket ones. My OEMs I had for the Saturn had a dummy plug so you didn't need to worry about it.

Anyway, as far as I've seen, Cowboy is right it shouldn't matter but I would hook up both lights the same way.
