I feel old in the Morning, young when I'm throwing boxes of "O" Scopes around the stock room with guys 20 or So years my junior, or when I'm working on my car when the cardiologist tells me not to. Then I get home and I just feel tired.

Iam a member of the zipper club (those with open heart surgery)
I am guilty of not keeping up with the heart doctor 2 years over due for a heart check up will remedy that tomorrow
Had a micro valve repair and a hole in the heart stitched up
