Default Anyone road race there 2nd gen monte?

I'm putting together a 74 project car. Frame off resto sort of project. And i'm wondering what sort of springs, sway bars, shocks seem to help with the cornering of the boat. I'm putting tubular uppers in the front. Quick change rear w/coilovers and rear swedge tube control arms.

Are you building your Monte for the Street or the Track ? or both ? What is your Project Budget ?
Will it be built for Racing only ?

Mostly street use. Budget? nothing crazy. I'm coming from a dirt racing back ground. doing a frame off resto on it. Just looking to run a cloverleaf and not feel like the car tips onto the left front. I've been told that a swaybar from 70's firebird, camaro fits right in. Don't know what the factory springs rate at either. Thanks for the reply.

I've got a 1 1/4" front sway bar off of a 78 Camaro on my '76 Monte. I definitely felt a difference.

Interesting. is that the biggest bar they put under those?

I think 1 1/4" is the biggest that was available.
