Default 87 LS to SS clone

hey everyone,

i'm making an SS clone out of my 87 LS. my biggest concern is with the front clip. does anyone know if the fenders and front polyurathane piece will bolt right in where the original ones are? does anyone have experience doing this? will the SS headlights directly replace the original ones? can i use the same hood? any other suggestions/tips are welcome. thanks

Default 1986 LS to SS

im also kind of having the same problem i know its not correct to change the front or car from ls to ss but i just dont like the look of ls's but i know all the hoods from 81-88 will work for any car ls cl ss and fenders also besides cl but with the core support from the ss do you really need it ? like the bottom air box or whatever its called and i have everything to do it also. so will the headlight assembly just replace the ls factory head light assembly?

you need to change the fenders. the LS and SS fenders are different. if not, you have some major alterations ahead of you

Do a whole front clip. Mine has everything SS from fenders forward, including hood.
