4.11 gears for a yukon fit in my 10 bolt rear end?

i'm going to say no, but i do not have specs on either one so i can not give you reasons why

if its a 7.5 it will. as long as you have a series 3 carrier? if the car came with 3.42 or 3.73s it should. if it can with the 2.73s then no. like i said dependent on the carrier and the ring gear.
