I was driving my 2k6 MC SS. I was going 55 on cruise control when i noticed a light sputter and noticed the rpm gauge jumping. Anyone know what this may be

Could be something simple. When was the last time it's had a tune up?

Maybe, but I'd lean more towards an ICM issue or a MAF even.

I have no check engine light on. I plugged in scanner no codes. I think it might be my torque convereter or something to do with that. Tranny shifts but just has lack of power.
