Default 2007 Monte Carlo SS Subwoofers

If anyone knows where I can get subwoofers for my 2007 Monte Carlo SS rear deck. Please let me know. They must be original GM factory made subwoofers or a remake that will work with the car set-up. The thing is, their subwoofers have a 6x9 shape which is odd. And I can only plug in subwoofers into the amps rear speaker jacks. Because the rear speaker jacks only carry Bass frequencies . Thanks for your help.

If you get to the point of looking aftermarket, try searching for mid-bass drivers or something similar instead. 6x9s aren't really a true subwoofer in the typical aftermarket interpretation of the word, so putting that in your search field will limit results only to the companies overstating their products capabilities.

Perhaps one option is to buy component 6x9s with a separate tweeter (or at least separate wiring connections) and just use the 6x9 portion?

I assume you've got a blown one and stock is discontinued?
That's going to be a tough one, especially with the age as most installed in cars will be in pretty bad shape at this point anyways. Almost need to find a dealer that's got some NOS.

6X9s in the rear deck is actually really common on GM cars
