I get 16.5 When I do not get on it. My daily drives are at about 35-45 mph but a lot of hills so the Active Fuel Managment doesn't help much here. But on the Highway it kicks *** if you go about 65 MPH it is pretty decent millege.

I own an '06 LTZ w/3.9 under the hood. I guess you could say I love it cause I keep it inside under a cover most the time.

Only short comings I can see my LTZ have are, well.......... I um.............. guess it's the fact it doesn't have the V8 under the hood.

If I could have afforded the SS when I was shopping I would have jumped on it. My local dealer found my car for me. It had 10K plus miles on it but I also got a heck of a deal on the car. ($17k)

Any kind of mods to an '06/07 aren't much right now. If you like stripes to me the rally stipe kit really go with these cars.

right so we all dont drive right is what ur saying. if i drive my car without hardly ever going over 3000 rpm i can get 17mpg but i have never gotten over 20. all i do is city driving. im sure if i did some highway driving where the 4 cylinder had more of an impact i would get better but oh well. check ls1tech or any other ls4 website. average mpg's are 14-18 range
