Try gmpartsdirect for the spoiler versus the dealers.
A dealer will slap on $$$ to cover them selling the part to you.
For instance Iwanted a new top grille for my '06 LTZ. A Chevy dealer wanted $300 for the grille. GMpartsdirect was $60 with shipping to my door andcame with a new bow tie emblem in the grille.
A dealer would sell the grille to you, then sell you the bow tie emblem.

You are correct, dealer wanted $1300 for 03 diamond cut rims, found them on the internet newfor $600 +shipping. I have looked on the site you refer to and it is about $200 cheper from them, so that is the direction I will go.
