1983 monte carlo cl with T tops
yep its an 83. d is 83. has to be super rare. all the 83s I have seen around here even non ss had the aerodynamic front end.
Most ppl must use ss front ends on thier montes. There is a grey one that runs around festus that is a non ss with this front end. this is the 83 I am used too.

With this car basically not having anything original, it's almost impossible to tell what is what.
