ok i'm stuck on the left side of the housing there is a bolt with a screw going through it and i have no idea how to get it off and i can't drive to the store to get a deep well any ideas?

ok so it's all in i ran it for about 3 min without the cap to hopefully get any air out and have taken it out for a spin me like! hope the time put in shows on the track
