06 SS BURNOUT - must see!
Nice vid! I've laid some rubber, but I can't recall ever smoking them. I've also never been outside to see though. So... lol
You can't? How?

I don't know if I somehow got an "especially fast" Monte, but I've been able to do rolling, smokey burnouts since I got it. My longest measured burnout is 65 feet
In fact, I almost crashed last week because the tires broke loose at 40 mph and the torque steer jerked the car into the left lane
(yes, the tires have still plenty of tread).
The car only has a Magnaflow exhaust and a DiabLew tune.
Lately I've been able to beat every car I've lined up with at stoplights - Infinity G37, 1999 & 2006 Mustang GTs (both modded), AWD turbo BMWs, Challenger RT, etc...
If you listen to the very beginning of the video, you can hear a guy saying "I'm very impressed with that car". That same guy has a 2002 T/A and an AMG E55 Mercedes Benz.

It's ususally pretty easy to do a burnout in a front wheel drive car. All the weight shifts to the back when you accelerate, so the front tires get less grip.
I had a 1990 Beretta GTZ that would light 'em up big time. Major smoke. It came from the factory with 16" Goodyear Gatorbacks. They didn't last long. My other FWB burnout vehicles included a '86 Cavalier Z24, and a '81 Citation X-11. I wish I still had that X-11. It was neat car that was ahead of its time. I know that many of you will have to Google the X-11. It is not a well know, or apreciated car.
I don't know what my '99 z34 is cabable of - burnout wise. I know it'll spin the tires, but it's an old car, and I'm afraid I'll break something. I don't think it would generate the tire spin in that video, though. Cool video, and I apreciate anyone that lights 'em up like that!
This is exactly what my X-11 looked like . V-6, 4 speed manual, functional cold air induction through a fiberglass hood. All factory stuff.
