Default 06 3.9 liter mods?

Is there anything out there to make the car go a little faster? I've looked around online and nobody has anything other than the simple intakes

all of us with a 3.9 wish there was alot more you can do to our engines but there are things that you can do.

mpd inc intake

mpd air ram hood and the air goes directly into the intake, probably 30hp gain at the most

exhaust, go with performance mufflers 15-25 hp gain, magnaflow for performance, flowmaster for deep sound

jegs does make a mass air flow sensor that is for performance

Best thing you definately can do to make it faster and more MPG GAIN, Is get Hptuners and have the car professionaly tuned, when I do this instead of having a 15.9second car I will have a 15.0 flat car and better gas milage

Handeling

do front and rear strut bars for better cornering, eibach lowering kit will make it feel like your driving a sports car.

whenever we find more mods we do post on Montecarloforum to let you know where to find them,

Enjoy

ummm, you're not getting 30 hp from that hood. You are just dropping hot air into the box. Its mainly for appearance. I'd say 5 if anything and about 15-20 with a CAI. You can open up your exhaust too, headers all the way back would get you about 20 since you have no boost. IMO your best bet is to do suspension work, and exterior work, The market just isnt large enough yet for the 3.9's. Even with a tune, you'll see some gains, but nothing much. since the car is mostly stock.

I stated FULL exhaust, headers downpipe, high flow cat if needed, and exhaust... that will get a gain, but just mufflers = a no. Honestly, Basic bolt ons are your best bet, and a tune. If you really want to get into it, port your own heads, and do some flow work. Thats the best you're gonna be able to do with that engine.
