The center piece on my steering wheel has a dent in it.I guess I hit the horn too hard.I talked to the dealer and its not under warranty because it was my fault. They told meI would have to buy the whole airbag assembly that would cost around $700 and thats not worth it. I was wondering if anyone knew if they made anything to go over it or if you know if i can get it out of the steering wheel to push the dent out of it? Anyone else have this problem?

 

I think I'd beat the horn button in my '06 once or twice too?

To me the part you see with your eyes is nothing more then a cover. Some of the cars I've owned this cover will slip off/on a sub structure that attaches to the steering wheel.

Have you looked on gmpartsdirect for a replacement or any other GM supplier web site?

You could try site Rick posted he found his fog lights on. There's a few '06/07 Montes being parted on there.
