Default Wheel emblem painting

Okay I have been debating about this for a long time now. But what I have been wanting to do is paint the chevy symbol in the centercap of the wheel red. Have any of you guys done this? What is your output on this?

im sure that you could.

i would take off the center caps, tape off the bowtie, sand down the bowtie, prime the bowtie, paint the bowtie, maybe clear the bowtie.

extra steps are preventative steps for later.

i always appreciate subtle touches.

you cant take off the bow ties in the center cap. but i'll just use paint tape. I was thinkin i could just pick up some red paint and use my automotive air brush. but im not the paint expert so I dont know if thats the right way.

i don't know if the paint will stick. here's the easiest way i think. order them from reflective concepts.
