A bit off topic but quit hating on the iPhone camera. No offense but your pictures aren't the greatest and it looks like user error not camera.
A couple suggestions. Wipe the lens off with a soft cloth before taking any photos you are looking for high quality. Before taking the photo tap the screen where you would like it to focus. Touch and hold the picture taking button till you are happy with the focus and then let go. I have found that following the last step tends to get far better pictures and as close to zero motion blur possible.

HIDs take some time to "warm up." That means, when you first turn them on, they're not at full brightness. This is BAD for highbeams, because you use them in very low light conditions, and need them as soon as you flip the switch.
I never use my highs, since my lows with HIDs are plenty bright enough. In fact, they are significantly brighter (and with the 5000Ks, whiter) than my highbeams, even with Sylvania SilverStars in them.
I'm content to leave my highbeams/DRLs as is.

Also you cant compare HID lows to silverstar highs. Silverstars are junk. If you haven't tried HID highs then you wouldn't see the benefit. I was able to drive with my HID lows on, but the highs make a DRASTIC difference. If you can see something farther away then why shouldn't you have them.

Has anyone noticed a light flicker in their HIDs. I thought it was maybe just because they were new bulbs and ballast but i have had them in now for over a month and still flickering. I just have the stock kit and no harness. Would that be the issue???

Yea if its flickering get the harness. I havent installed my harnesses yet, but just straight up HIDs I'm not having a flickering issue.
If you want a better way to cover the sensor, go to autozone and get a vacuum line cap.
Cut off the excess then just put it over the sensor with some glue or silicon.
