oh i didnt tell you i have a 06 SS now and i dont think they use the 880 bulb and i think 8k might be too blue i want a nice blueish white

 

8000k is not that too blue, other wise 6000k is what you want then or 5000k which is pure white

 

our 06-07's take h11 bulbs. if you want just a hint of blue like silver said, go with 6000 or 5000

 

Does anyone have a pic of what 8k would look like the place I'm ordering from sold out of 6k

I have a 06 ss. Do I need to purchase the whole hid conversion kit or just the bulbs.

 

you need to buy the whole kit, which includes the bulbs and ballasts

 

maverick i really like the HID's you just put. i also have a 07 ss and i would like to do the same thing u did. can u send me a link with all of the lights i would need. i assume its the two fog lights on the bottom and the 2 regular headlights, but what about high beems are those still stock or wat?

I have an 06 2LT and it came stock with no fog lights... I want fog lights and i was wondering if i can still easily pick up a pair and install them with no modifications needed?

 

hey, i have a 2007 Monte LT with the 3.5 V6,it didn't come with fog lights but i do wanna put in the stock fog lights. is there any way i can wire the fog lights into the stock headlights just so that whenever the headlights are on, the HID fog lights are on? im just trying to avoid having to go through the fire wall and wire a completely new switch for the fog lamps.
