RE: HID FOG LIGHT INSTALL

These Instructions are the same for your low beams, the only difference is the bulb size and where you decide to put the black HID boxes they complete the circuit so the lights work like they do.

The way you plug in the bulbs to the low beam light socket is the same.

When I do get projector Headlights I will do another do it your self post but they will be installed the same why I just did the fog lights.

You can go to youtube and search for HID Install and there are videos of every step, This is how I got my experience on this topic as well as learning the steps from a co worker at work that did his low beams and fog lights. Also the HID Kits do come with great Instructions.

I recommen Buying these Kits from The seller HID World on ebay. They cost about $100 for each set and includes shipping, I recieved them in less than a week.

Install time is about a half hour to an hour.

Enjoy

RE: HID FOG LIGHT INSTALL

Don't suppose you'd know the bulb # for the '02 fog light.

I'd like to do the same, but have heard three different answers from three different people...

DAMN! THANKS FOR PIX AS WELL AS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION.

I'm currently in the process of ordering my highs, lows and fogs H.I.D's for my 06 SS. This thread will help out a lot now when I get them even though the guy will install them for free.

One question I didn't see or maybe u didn't bother to add...
But is there a way to take off the AUTO day light's?
Like when u 1st start the car how the headlights automatically come on in till u turn the knob left once n get that message on the cluster "DAYLIGHTS OFF"

I just don't want to be starting up my car and having to turn off the daylight's especially with HID's :(

you didnt install a harness with them in your fogs , do you have a harness for your lows ? Are you worried you will fry the wiring on the fogs ?
