how much hp could i realistically squeeze out of her without porting the s/c and throwing on a bigger tb?

 

Impossible to say, because you could theoretically run ported heads, a big cam, and an intercooler with a stock blower and make a good bit of power.

Ideally, it comes right after your basic bolt ons (headers/plog, rockers, intake, tune, pulley, etc).
