Like I said I'd for sure wait then if you have any more mods, I've read a lot about Will for Overkill I think it is I would recommend him just base don what I've read when you are done modding and get it tuned exactly how you want.

I think what he is getting at is that the PCM/file cut the fuel at a certain speed (108 MPH). There is no mechanical device that does it.
If you don't plan on doing any aggressive modding to the car you could get a tuned PCM right now. You would see some increased performance from the car.
Mostly it depends on if you want to run a colder T-stat and if you plan on adding more involved stuff like rockers or something along those lines.

Honestly, if he started doing rockers or a cam, he shouldn't be on a canned tune, he should get a road or dyno tune
