Look for a 00-05. The 2000 is the same as the other years you mentioned. Also keep in mind the factory didn't install a supercharger on these until 04. In of it was an option of supercharged or N/A. In 05 they were all supercharged. (This goes for the ss models only)

Get the 2006! it's a beautiful car and drives very well. Do weight reduction such as taking out the spare, getting lightweight wider rims with some good tires, and add dual exhaust with a cold air intake and it will really start to go! So far my performance has increased quite a bit. I still haven't put the new rims on yet cause I'm saving for tires but I should get them on this week or next and I'll let you know how it is. The rims are over 80 pounds lighter overall and that's rotational weight so pretty much like taking off 320 pounds (80 x 4). I still have many more performance mods to come though

I think your math is a little off there

Anyways, good luck on the Monte hunt LoneSurvivor. An 04-05 Supercharged SS would be a great platform to build off of.

I'm with Red Monte on this. I wouldn't trade my 7th fen for anything. It has been fun making it a clone car
