Up Coming Spring Mods - Aluminum Pulleys
Okay, I just replaced the alt pulley and was able to weigh the stock one vs this new one. The results were:
Stock alt pulley: 7.63 oz.
New custom alt pulley: 2.87 oz.
The new aluminum alt pulley weighs ~62-63% less then the stock one. That's a nice gain. I don't know what the ZZP alt pulley weighs, but I would be interested in seeing that. My only concern with the alt pulley is that it's not lined up correctly and I will look into that.

Today I was able to weigh the stock power steering pulley, which is the last of the pulleys that I received. Here's the results:
Stock power steering pulley: 21.5 oz.
New custom p/s pulley: 10.5 oz.
Every pulley that I weighed and compared surprised me and this was no exception. The new aluminum pulley is over 51% lighter and not only that, it's almost a pound lighter then the stock pulley. I wouldn't be surprised if these were to be dynoed that you would see a difference power wise. I'm very happy with these pulleys.
