Exclamation Underdrive pulley

Hey guys hows it going? I got an 02 SS and have some questions. As of right now, the only performance mods I have done is an intake, and a Magnaflow high-flow catalytic converter. Eventually I wanna do headers, catback, etc. etc. The whole shu-bang. (LOL) However I was looking around at some relatively cheap mods and came across underdrive pulleys. I've been all around google and people keep saying SLP and Powerbond have the best ones. Problem is, I'm having a hard time finding one that will work with MY car. All the sites I go to is for like Camaros and Vettes and such. Can anyone help? Maybe post their experiences with underdrive pulleys and possibly a link or two? Thanks so much.

I have ZZP's underdriven water pump pulley on my car. I honestly can't remember if it made any difference... If it did, it was pretty minor.

I'd save your money on the mods your planning and buy a turbo kit when you have enough cash saved up for it- you can mod your N/A 3800 all day long and end up with a 20hp increase for a couple thousand dollars, or you can invest $3000 right off the bat (base turbo kit) and start at 300 HP.

I have THOUSANDS into my car. It's as fast as a stock L67. Not fun.

Don't bother with under drive pulleys, that's just grasping at straws for almost a half tenth of a second difference.

Chibi, it's time for a Z3 kit.

Even non-intercooled you'd probably see huge gains on 6-7 PSI with all the support mods you already have in place.

Ok, so from the sounds of it, doing the pulley NOW isn't the best idea. What about the L67 top swap? Someone on here did a huge mod list and I saw this one for $900. Apparently you take everything from the heads up off your N/A 3800 (L36), and swap it with the heads up (+ the supercharger) on the L67? I mean this isn't too bad of a price, and the gains are damn good. Good buy, bad buy?
