cool! my buddy has a turbo GTP 4-door. Ultimate Sleeper. Ran 11.80s on stock internals, stock cam, and stock driveline!

 

yah i cant wait to get it done...i actually wanna hide the boost gauges tho

 

Don't forget to take into affect the access ZZP has to tuning and R&D. Plus Kweef uses his car for a daily driver, the is no way in hell you could use the ZZP car that way. They practically have 800 lbs of weight reduction in that damn thing.

 

Point is the 3.8's ARE capable of making BIG HP. Didn't mean that he would get nor want that kind, but I've seen LOTS of GP's here in Michigan with the GP club that are pulling in excess of 400 HP at the wheels, AND are daily drivers! The one on the dyno at ZZP was pulling OVER 450 WHP, and was a daily driver. Depends on how deep your pockets are. Like Boost said, GP's in the 11's isn't uncommon.

 

True enough. I'd also keep an eye at Club GP for this turbo. I see it pop on there about once every 2 months and they take forever to sell if they ever do.

 

yah i fear my plans have been thwarted by circumstances once again...my friend is havin problems with his car to the point that im sure i want the guy to do it...they r actually thinkin bout gettin rid of the boost controller and lettin it run at 8 psi constantly...makes me kinda worried with the problems hes havin, maybe i jsut use the money to keep up the maintanence on the car, idk we will c i guess but i hope for the turbo
