Transmission: Flush it or Forget it ?

i usually have the shop flush it after i do a pan drop and filter change. the reason why i have also a trans cooler installed getting about pushing 17 quarts cant get it all out. i do it just to be a stickeler do to how my original went out and the warrenty from tripple and how they said add trans cooler and flush when i got the trans i went ok. 98 dallars from the dealler to do it they change the filter as well as flush the whole thing i am glad

I talked to my local transmission tech the other day and he recommended dropping the pan and replacing the filter and then top it off, he also recommends lubegard.
