Default tourqe converter acting weird.

So awhile back I asked about a noise and determined it to be the tourqe converter. It was a sort of whining pattern that increased with the rpm weather it was in gear or not. lately My car has had problems on cold starts. it starts fine but I hear a clunk when I do. then when I put it into reverse I hear a clunk that reminds me of a worn tie rod or U-joint. and then if the tranny isnt warmed up It takes a full 2 seconds to get into Drive and just drive. works just fine in reverse. after the warm up it works just fine. and today my tourqe converter sounded a bit weird and eventually the noise stopped. I couldnt figure out if this was a good or bad thing but then again I can still here little noises such the sound of a bolt bouncing around in side the bell housing. ( that how my imagination interpets it.) So anyway the reason behind me posting this is to see if someone can but two and two together and give me an idea of what is going on. Think I should put a tranny addative in there? Im sure ill figure it out myself but I would like some where to start. Thank you in advance.
