I'm about to get a 97 GTP and use it for a top swap. My ghetto engineering senses tell me that all the parts taken off of my car will go onto the GTP and i can still have 2 running cars, but i have little knowledge or experience to base this off of... Will it work?

 

What parts are you planning on taking off of your Monte to put on the GTP? Both should have the Series 2 motor, so it all your planning on doing is switching the GTP to N/A and your Monte to S/C yes it will be fine.

 

Thats about all i plan on doin, at least now ill be able to get into heavy projects and not worry about my only car bein disassembled. Thanks for the quick reply
