Starter Issue?
hey guys, my cars been fine lately but today i got into my engine and kinda cleaned out the bay a bit because it was needed badly, but after that it started fine once, but the next time i went to start it, i just wouldnt start, and then right away after that it started, and that happened another time after that also, any ideas? could a low battery be part of the problem to a starter not working well?

When you say "wouldn't start", does that mean it would crank over but not fire, or it wouldn't crank at all? Did it just make a clicking noise? Need a little more info.
Also, when you cleaned out your engine bay, did you use water? And if so, did you cover all of the electronic stuff(alternator, connectors, etc.)? If not, water may have gotten where it isn't supposed to be and might be causing your problems. What's ironic is I degreased and cleaned mine today.(along with clay bar and wax job-she's smooth now!)

not firing is a cause of a few things one of them is not working
1. spark-spark plugs, insufficient spark, bad coil, connection to coil not plugged in all the way or corroded
2. timing- probably not your issue unless you got something on a sensor
3. fuel- could anything be restricting your fuel or a loose injector connection
these are the things i would start investigating.

if it keeps going im gonna check the spark plugs because i was drying around them, the water getting in places should effect any of the starter stuff tho i wouldnt think

After you washed your engine and wiped it down, did you pop the hood and put it out in a sunny spot to dry?
Could have just been some moisture, always let that car dry fully before cranking it again.

let's call it moisture in the system right now, but if you have any problems from now on, I'd start diagnosing problems.
(probably starting by taking out each spark plug and making sure they look good)
