Default Which spark plug wires.

I'm getting all of the parts together to do a tune up on my 2004 Dale Jr. I've bought or ordered most of the parts. I've pretty much bought all AC-Delco parts. I have not had good luck with AC-Delco wires the last few times I've bought them. They end up arcing all over the place and lighting up like lightning.

What brand do you guys recommend. I want a stock replacement wire. We have O'reillys, pep boys, autozone, and bumper to bumper auto parts stores. They have their store brand and most of them carry Borg Warner and I think Bosch. I don't like most brands of high performance wires as I used them years ago on my 70 Monte and they didn't last.

I run Magnacor wires on my 98 chevy truck but one thing I don't like about them is that the boots are like pure silicone and rip easy and don't come off of the plugs very well at all. Thanks for any ideas.

The stock wires should be all that you need...

Well, I guess what I'm saying is that I want a stock replacement wire that is not AC-Delco. Does anyone know a good brand other than AC-Delco? Does anyone know who makes AC-Delco wires? Thanks.

PRJ have really nice plugs, they are high performance, but they do last, and very good for plug swaps because the boots are nice.

I stuck the Bosch's on my old GTP, and ran them until I sold it. I didn't plan on replacing the wires, but one boot cracked on me when I was doing a plug change, so I had no choice- and I no place in town had stock Declo's in stock.

I ordered some Delphi replacement wires. The original wires are AC-Delco's but made by Delphi so I'll see how the replacements do.
