Check to make sure if it has coating left on the rotors.

If I do not know the condition of the supercharger should I have it rebuilt? Or just stick it on and see if anything goes wrong?
As long as the mileage isn't stupid high, I'd just bolt it in and go. They aren't real common to have go bad- make sure the needle bearings in the case have grease still, and make sure the snout spins freely, and I'd just go with it.

Not an M90, and tiny pics- but you can see the shiny silver areas where the coating has totally come off.

I need to take a look at it, but if the coating was gone would there be a way to reapply it? Sorry for all of the questions, just a little paranoid! Thanks for your time

Get them powdercoated, if I'm not mistaken. That or ceramic coating, Bumpin will know.

Not worth fixing if you have to get it recoated. I would think you could just pick up another one for that price.

x2- M90's are a dime a dozen. Or find a guy going turbo selling the snout/rotors separate and just pick that up to save some cash.

Or the last option is just to run them as is without coating, or with peeling coating- a lot of people that spray alky/water before the SC strip all their coating- it just makes the supercharger a little less efficient.

I guess I'll just plug it in and worse case scenario I'll just have to swap it out
