What is the difference between pulley sizes?
on some sites I see anywhere from 3.8 all the way down to 2.4 pulley sizes.
I'm told the smaller the pulley the greater the gain.
Is this true?

yes but i think once you get to 3" and smaller, the car must be intercooled.
